Terwilliger Plaza
Supporting a Landmark Community With Thoughtful Design
-
Parkview at Terwilliger Plaza brought together branding, environmental graphics, and placemaking to support the launch of a new 10-story Passive House senior living community. I helped create a cohesive brand experience across marketing materials, the website, digital campaign assets, signage, photography, and a dedicated Design Center that gave prospective residents an immersive introduction to the community before construction was complete.
Story-driven installations, custom exhibits, campus signage, brochures, and sales materials worked together to turn every interaction into an extension of the brand. By connecting the physical space with the marketing experience, the project helped build excitement, establish trust, and create a welcoming first impression that carried from first visit through move-in.
