Reimagining Portland's Original Downtown
-
220 reimagines a historic office building in Portland's Old Town as a vibrant workplace that reflects the neighborhood's evolution. Inspired by the energy of a district in transition, I developed a bold visual identity spanning environmental graphics, wayfinding, leasing materials, digital assets, and branded experiences that bring new life to the building.
At the heart of the project is Flora + Fauna, a large-scale mural by Martin French Studio that became the foundation for the entire brand. Drawing from its expressive forms, color palette, and cultural references, I extended the artwork throughout the building with custom graphics, artwork, signage, collaborative workspaces, and marketing materials, creating a cohesive experience that connects the architecture to its neighborhood while celebrating creativity, community, and renewal.
