Montage is a mid-rise apartment community in Tigard's Triangle neighborhood, inspired by the area's evolution into a vibrant, walkable destination. I created a brand identity that balances city energy with suburban comfort, giving the property a confident personality that feels connected, approachable, and unmistakably its own.

The name became the foundation for the entire brand, shaping everything from the website and marketing materials to signage, photography, and environmental graphics. It also carried into the interiors, helping align the physical space with the identity so the building and brand feel like one cohesive experience. From first impression through move-in, the system works together to help Montage stand apart in a crowded market.
