As lead designer, I developed Montage’s identity and carried it through the website, leasing collateral, signage, and environmental graphics. For this apartment community in Tigard’s Triangle neighborhood, I gave Art Deco a modern Pacific Northwest interpretation, balancing its graphic character with a softer, more natural feel. The palette drew from the building’s exterior, creating a visual connection between the property and the materials that introduced it. That continuity mattered because prospective residents would encounter the brand before they experienced the property in person.

I worked in tandem with the interiors team, contributing ideas that tied the interior palette, artwork, and installations to the brand. Developing those elements together helped the identity feel at home in the spaces residents would use every day. I considered how colors and graphics would translate across surfaces and scales, connecting the character of a leasing brochure with the experience of walking into the building.
