Scouter's Mountain is a garden-style apartment community in Happy Valley inspired by the spirit of the Pacific Northwest. Drawing from rustic lodges, summer camps, and the surrounding natural landscape, I helped create a brand identity that feels adventurous, nostalgic, and deeply connected to place. The visual system extends across environmental branding, marketing, and digital touchpoints, creating a cohesive experience from first impression to move-in.

At the heart of the brand is Scout, a playful mascot that brings warmth and personality to the identity. From custom wallpaper and canoe-inspired clubhouse details to print collateral and social media, every touchpoint reinforces the property's sense of adventure, creating an immersive brand experience that stands apart in the multifamily market.
